If, for some reason, you wish to return a certain product, we will refund the total amount paid for that product.
For this, you will have to apply for the returns procedure of products in a maximum of 10 days after receiving it. According to art. 4, section b, from the Governmental Regulation no. 130/2000, the consumers have the right to notify in writing to Carla-Rossini.com that they wish to return the products, without penalty and without giving a motive, within 10 working days from receiving the product.
The return of the products will be on the full expenses of the client, using the same transportation service used for the expenditure of the product. Carla-Rossini.com will return the total amount of the order within a maximum of 30 days of the contract release put in writing. The returned amount, as well as the returns conditions, do not include transportation costs. Also, the returned amounts will not include the commissions respective to the bank wire or the postal order (if the case).
Terms for accepting the return of the products
The only condition is for the product to be in the same condition it was delivered in (to have the labels attached, the original packaging and the documents received with it).
Broken or deteriorated products
We try as hard as we can to deliver flawless products to our customers. In case you’ve received a deteriorated product, all you have to do is contact the Carla-Rossini.com team and we will make sure for your product to be replaced. The returns and transportation costs for the replacement product will be fully covered by Carla-Rossini.com.
Wrongfully delivered products
If you received a product different from the one you’ve ordered, please let us know as fast as you can in order to return it and have it replaced with the one you ordered. The return and transportation costs for the replacement product will be fully covered by Carla-Rossini.com.
